A new study reveals that owner-managed companies are leading value creation after IPOs. In FY23 and FY24, 167 out of 169 newly listed NSE companies were founder-led. Promoters’ holdings surged by Rs 37,716 crores within a year of listing, demonstrating investor confidence in their leadership and long-term vision. The manufacturing sector emerged as the biggest wealth generator.
